6. Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products

• Defective / Wrong Products: If a part arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your vehicle specification/order description, we offer a replacement within a 3-day window, provided you have recorded a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof of transit state.

• Return Shipping Costs: Amar Workshop will bear the return shipping expenses if the return is a result of our error (defective or incorrect item sent).

• Cancellations: Customers can cancel an online order at any time before the item has been dispatched from our facility. Once shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
